Why is it free and unlimited?
Because processing happens in your browser, not on our servers. We don't pay for expensive infrastructure to process your files — so we don't need to charge you, make you sign up, or cap your usage. No catch: that's literally what the name means.
FAQ
Is it really free? What's the catch?
It's free and there's no catch. Since processing runs in your browser, we have no server costs for your files — so we don't need to charge, limit, or ask you to sign up.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. PDFs are read and merged locally in your browser using standard web technology. You can check the Network tab in developer tools: no file is ever transmitted.
Is there a file count or size limit?
There's no limit imposed by the tool. The only limit is your computer's memory — files of tens of megabytes work fine.
Does it work on phones?
Yes, it works in any modern browser, including mobile. On small screens the experience is better with smaller files.
